Join us in the month of April to celebrate the thirty-six Victorian artists who are spreading our ‘Be Wise’ message through their thought-provoking pieces of art.

Thirty-six professional artists responded to our brief which asked them to reflect on the aims of the Foundation – honouring Pat Cronin and bringing community together to Be Wise and End the Coward Punch. This has resulted in an amazing variety of high-quality art works being submitted for exhibit and sale. This exhibition is aimed to use art to reach members of the community that may have not yet engaged with the Pat Cronin Foundation about our message – as well as to promote community artistic talent.

We intend that this exhibition will be the first of many for the Foundation, allowing us to build it into a prestigious event in the calendar along with the Walk to The Valley in November and the Be Wise Ball in June. The forty-four artworks being displayed at the exhibition will be available to purchase by the public from 10 April. For each sale of artwork, 50% of proceeds will be donated to the Foundation and 50% will be paid to the artist. The event will not only be an opportunity to spread our Be Wise message further, but a way to celebrate the vibrant art community of Victoria and all it offers to enhance our lives.

This family-friendly event is to raise funds and awareness for Pink Hope, a charity that supports women and families with hereditary breast and ovarian cancer, and also Beyond Blue a charity supporting mental health.

Run for Hope began in 2012, founded by Sarah Powell (a volunteer and ambassador for Pink Hope) and her personal trainer Alannagh Pooley from FullFitment Personal Training. They both wanted to help raise awareness and much needed funds for Pink Hope. In 2017 they decided they would also like the event to raise money for Beyond Blue​ and formed a new partnership in 2018.

Pascale Garlinge Art will be fundraising at the event with sales of original art and prints and an A3 giclee print prize in the raffle!
